Power firms pull plug on cheaper fuel and energy bills by holding back on price cuts

SSE, Scottish Power and Npower have yet to say how much customers can expect to see knocked off their bills. British Gas has passed on an average £41 reduction, while E.On and EDF claim price hikes have been less than they would have been without the changes.
