EDF Renewable unit sells stake in California wind energy plant

A subsidiary of Marubeni Corp. acquired an interest in a wind energy project located in California. Marubeni bought the 90 percent stake in the 102.5 MW Shiloh IV Wind Project from EDF Renewable Energy, which will retain a 10 percent share of the project.
